Who I am doesn’t matter, but I hope what I say does. Here I’ll express my opinion about various topics and current affairs that affect this country. I hope will be an interesting and thought provoking read, and make readers ponder things a bit more. I don’t claim to be left-wing or right-wing, a Daily Mail reader or a Guardian reader. I am just going to treat each subject with my own personal opinions on them without any baggage of politcal associations.
I will try and categorise my entries, so that things have more of a thread to them; but there will of course be overlapping of areas at times. There are also areas I won’t have an opinion on, so they won’t be included.
I hope someone will read these and maybe make some comments. If you do decide to comment, please keep to these guidelines:
- Keep on topic, within reason of course.
- No personal insults, keep the comments about the subject not each other.
- Feel free to either agree or disagree, but try and back up what you say with reasoning.
- NO SHOUTING or txt spk.
Sometimes I’ll talk about stuff thats hot in the news, sometimes stuff that’s not in the news but might be on my mind at the time.
